“Innocence, There is a Mark on You”

Kat Mary Productions presents a new imagining of the haunting play by Georg Buchner. Set amidst the backdrop of WW1, Woyzeck is a startling depiction of the lowly soldier plagued by visions of the apocalypse and plunged into homicidal lunacy by the world around him. The agonizing effects of war trauma and the devastating impact of extreme poverty and societal abuse still resonate over 180 years after the play was first written.

We will spend the hour in the café but feel free to explore the forest before or after!

Please note: There will be no Nature’s Corner on Sunday, 31 August. Nature’s Corner will continue on the 14 September, and fortnightly after.

His love for her is so strong that he believes her when she tells him about the angel’s visit.

So begins a remarkable journey that includes giants, shepherds, kings, and angels. Their journey concludes with a moment of pure wonderment, a miracle, followed by a nerve-racking escape.

Redbridge Creates Presents… Singing In The Rain Jr

The “Greatest Movie Musical of All Time” is faithfully and lovingly adapted by Broadway legends Betty Comden and Adolph Green, from their original award-winning screenplay in Singin’ in the Rain JR. Hilarious situations, snappy dialogue and a hit-parade score of Hollywood standards make Singin’ in the Rain JR. a guaranteed good.

Singin’ in the Rain JR. has all the makings of a Tinseltown tabloid headline – the starlet, the leading man and a love affair that could change lives and make or break careers! In silent movies, Don Lockwood and Lina Lamont are a hot item, but behind the scenes, things aren’t always as they appear on the big screen! Meanwhile, Lina’s squeaky voice might be the end of her career in “talking pictures” without the help of a talented young actress to do the talking and singing for her.

Screenplay by Betty Comden and Adolph Green

Songs by Nacio Herb Brown and Arthur Freed

As this performance takes place in our Foyer it is unaffected by the current auditorium closure.

Update: Following structural inspections, our engineers have discovered RAAC concrete in the Kenneth More Theatre, which means that sadly the theatre will need to be closed for the coming months. We have had to cancel or relocate shows and events planned in this venue. We share in your disappointment that shows will not be able to go ahead including our beloved annual pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk. Ticket holders will be updated and refunds for cancelled shows will be processed automatically.
