Join us on a gentle stroll through the forest as we search for the signs of autumn. Leaves changing colour, muddy puddles appearing and toadstools popping up are all signs of the changing seasons! We will stop plenty of times to take in all of the sights, sounds and smells of the forest.

This guided walk will take around 90 minutes at a gentle pace. We will use the main paths, but also some smaller paths to see some of the features that are deeper into the forest. Please wear sturdy shoes/boots as these paths are likely to be uneven and muddy. If you have any access requirements please get in touch and we will do our best to chose a route that is suitable.

This walk is suitable for the whole family, so why not pop your wellies on and explore the forest this autumn.

Hainault Forest has a no foraging policy so we will not be collecting any fungi on this walk or giving advice on edible species.
