Meet: Fairlop Waters Country Park, meeting at the car park on the Sailing Centre side, nearest the Angling Lake

Join us at Fairlop Waters Country Park for an introduction to butterfly surveying, including identification and recording technique training. Open to anyone from experienced surveyors, to beginners who are keen to get involved and learn more about butterflies!

Come along and help us as we tidy up the paths by trimming back overhanging vegetation to keep things looking neat and well cared for.

Meeting Point: Roding Valley Park gate on Roding Lane South, near to junction with Whitney Avenue, IG4 5PP

Meet: Claybury entrance on Ravensbourne Gardens, near junction with Wedmore Avenue, IG5 0XF

Day 1. We’ll be clearing invasive plants from the woodland.

Day 2. Apple picking! Help us harvest the apple trees in the ancient orchard.

Day 3. Continue to harvest apples from the ancient orchard.

Bollywood Dance Workshops with Dance to Inspire UK

We’re thrilled to welcome Dance to Inspire UK to Redbridge Central Library for a vibrant afternoon of Bollywood Dance Workshops!

Join us for one of two family-friendly sessions designed to get everyone moving, grooving, and smiling. These workshops are perfect for children aged 5 to 11, accompanied by a parent or carer. Please note: all children must be supervised by an adult throughout the session.

Expect to learn some classic Bollywood moves, tap your feet to infectious rhythms, and leave feeling truly inspired!
