Art Therapy can be beneficial for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Art therapy can often address a wide range of issues through expression in art.

Sessions are delivered by a qualified therapist.

This session is for women only to provide a safe and inclusive space for women of different faiths and backgrounds.

Let’s light up our creativity! Join us in celebrating Florence Nightingale’s birthday, by creating your own lantern out of paper and card, inspired by the iconic lamp she carried to help people at night.

Colouring sheets will also be available on the day for all ages.

The Cycling Centre can help cyclists to develop their skills, improve their performance or work towards a long term goal. So come along for a session with a British Cycling Level 2 coach that can help you improve your cycling by delivering coaching on techniques, skills, equipment or helping with a specific cycling target in the future.

A mountain bike and all accompanying equipment (e.g. helmet) will be provided.

Please note that this session is for those who are able to use a bike.

The Spa at Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre, has been designed solely with your health and relaxation in mind. When the pressures of every day life seem to be mounting and you need some ‘me’ time, then some time in The Spa is the perfect answer.

The spa includes thermal experiences, which have been based on the ritual of bathing to improve general mind and body well-being. There are also Aroma and Steam rooms, Hydrotherapy pool, Sauna, an experience shower and a bucket shower*.

Following the spa session, there will be tea and coffee provided in Reception until 10:45am.

Swimming is the perfect way to keep fit but it’s also thought that swimming is a particularly good way to relax your body, soothe your mind and reduce anxiety.

So come along at any time between 8pm-9:30pm for a swim in Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre’s pool.

This is an adults only session (19+).

The meeting point for the inclusion walk is inside the walled garden near the Gardeners cafe meet on the benches by the green.
