Inclusion Hub – A Safe Space to Connect, Grow, and Thrive!
What is the Inclusion Hub?
This Hub offers individuals living with disabilities, including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, learning difficulties, or experiencing mental health challenges, a space to foster community and connect with support services available in Redbridge.
The Inclusion Hub is a welcoming space for anyone who wants to connect, feel supported, and be part of something meaningful. Whether you’re looking to explore new activities, meet like-minded people, or access local services and support, the Hub is here for you.
This initiative is designed to grow with you and for you, ensuring everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
What to expect
The Inclusion Hub will be running monthly sessions across various accessible locations, offering a variety of inclusive, creative, and tailored activities based on the needs and interests of attendees.
This could include:
- Arts & crafts
- Gentle movement or relaxation sessions
- Guest speakers from local services
- Social time and community-building activities
No two sessions will be the same — and we’re always open to new ideas!
