Our brand new lifestyle and wellbeing facility is now open for previews on:

from 9:00 to 17:00 - Friday 12 September
11:00 to 19:00 - Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September
9:00 to 17:00 - Monday 15 September
11:00 to 19:00 - Tuesday 16 to Thursday 18 September
9:00 to 17:00 - Friday 19 September
13:00 to 19:00

Here’s a reminder of what’s on offer
- State-of-the-Art Equipment – A fully equipped gym floor with modern cardio and strength-training equipment suitable for all fitness levels.

Travelling by car
Please note there is no on-site car parking available. The nearest car parks are:
- Mildmay Road (CP16): This is the closest option directly opposite Mildmay House, during peak times (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) is usually quite busy. Only 63 spaces available.
- Exchange Ilford: A larger car park with 1200 spaces, it’s about a 12 minute walk away.
- CitiPark at Clements Road: Located approximately 7 minute walk from Mildmay House
