About the nursery

Mildmay Nursery works in partnership with parents and carers to provide quality experiences within a safe, nurturing and respectful environment.  We encourage all areas of the child’s development whilst recognising and meeting the individual developmental and cultural needs of the child and their family within a happy, caring and supportive environment. Our mission is to provide creative, stimulating and age appropriate play and activities to promote the wellbeing and social, emotional, physical and intellectual development of all our nursery children.

Following our latest inspection in May 2023, we were once again awarded an Outstanding grade in all areas – a proud achievement that built on our previous Outstanding rating from October 2017.

This result reflects the nursery’s continued commitment to providing high-quality early years childcare, earning us a second consecutive Outstanding grade. Find out more here.

We have 6 qualified staff that provides a high standard of care and education for up to a maximum of 18 children at each session
