About the facility
Woodford Green Library & Gym is a modern, welcoming facility located in the heart of Woodford Green, in the north of the borough. Refurbished in 2021, the centre features a state-of-the-art gym and a bright, spacious library, creating a vibrant community hub for health, learning, and wellbeing.
The refurbishment included full redecoration, rewiring, and enhanced public PC facilities -ensuring a comfortable and accessible experience for all visitors.

Gym and Studio
Our inclusive membership will include access to gym, fitness classes and swim across all of our leisure centres , *Loxford *Mayfield, South Woodford Library & Gym and Wanstead. *Please note swimming is only available at these centres.
Computer and Internet Access
Our libraries have modern, user friendly computers. Browse the web, get work completed, print and scan right from your local library.
Children’s Library
We have a wide variety of books available for children of all ages. Browse our collection and borrow up to 20 books for 3 weeks at a time. Do you already know what you’re looking for? Reserve it online!
Audiobooks
If you prefer to listen to books, we also offer a wide variety of Audiobooks at this library. You can reserve audio books online 24 hours per day for collection from the library. Alternatively, why not try our our Virtual Library and borrow a book right now?
