Join us for a spectacular evening with the Sakthi Fine Arts Youth Dance Group! Witness mesmerizing performances of Bharathanatyam and vibrant fusion dances by the talented students of “Natyakalaimani” Anusha Sajeev.

In celebration of South Asian Heritage Month, Sakthi Fine Arts Youth Dance Group will proudly showcase the rich cultural traditions of our local communities from Sri Lanka, South India, Gujarat, Punjab, Bengal, and Kerala.

When 13-year-old Koku Akanbi accidentally unleashes a demon on a school trip, he has no idea what he’s set in motion.

Suddenly Koku is whisked away from his life in London and transported to his family’s homeland of Olori, a mysterious place in which darkness is about to disappear forever – along with the magical creatures living within it.

Accompanied by two super-powered sidekicks, Koku embarks on a mission to save Olori – and unlock his own extraordinary power…

This author talk is part of Black History Month

Join Wee Movers for an afternoon of creative dance, yoga and mindfulness as part of Mental Health Awareness Week. 

Sessions will include warm-ups to music, gentle stretching, storytelling and adventures, imagery, games, dance techniques and lots of opportunities for children to create their own movement and explore their emotions.
