Beware! In a cave under the castle lurks a fiery dragon waiting to devour monks, knights, sheep and …princesses – will George be bold enough to challenge it, or will he run away?

Join Garlic Theatre at Redbridge Central Library, and celebrate St. George’s Day with this award winning show. A a delicious mix of wit, humour and inventiveness combine to celebrate one of the most famous medieval legends of all time!

Founded in 1997, Garlic Theatre is a Visual Theatre Company that uses image, puppet animation, movement and live music to create theatre productions of artistic excellence. We aim to challenge, entertain and stimulate people of all ages through work, which encourages imaginative play and develops a new awareness of the power of puppet animation. The Company specialises in thought provoking work for young people which is also stimulating and exciting for adults. Garlic Theatre receives regular project funding from Arts Council England.

Come along to a dance session that mixes ballet with contemporary, African and Caribbean dance. Aimed at everyone from beginners to more experienced dancers, this fun and engaging workshop will be led by a professional dancer from the Black British Ballet project.
