Nominate Redbridge’s Unsung Heroes in the Redbridge Education Awards

Vision is honoured to be part of the Redbridge Education Awards 2022. A special celebration set up by Redbridge Council to recognise those who support young people on their journey to achieve extraordinary futures.

Working with young people is a fulfilling and rewarding profession but can also come with its challenges. Especially over the last few years working through COVID and the rise of mental health in young people. The Redbridge Education Awards is an exciting opportunity to show appreciation and to identify those special individuals or teams that have shown commitment, hard work and dedication in providing innovative and creative educational and learning opportunities for young people across the borough.

We would like to encourage colleagues, peers, students or guardians to nominate people in the borough who they feel make a difference within the categories set out below:

  • Teacher of The Year
  • Employee of the Year
  • Inclusivity Award
  • Champions for Change
  • Early Years Setting Leadership Award
  • School Leadership Award
  • Vision Award
  • Redbridge Council Employee of The Year Award
  • Lifetime Contribution Award

The Vision Award, also part of the Redbridge Education Awards, is for an individual or team who provides sports, arts or leisure activities – encouraging participation from young people and having a positive benefit on their health and wellbeing, learning, growth and development.

Please ensure you read the criteria for each of the awards carefully before you make your nomination. Deadline for nominations will close on Monday 9 January 2023. For more information on the Redbridge Education Awards or to nominate a team or individual please visit the Redbridge Council website
