The sublime and the ridiculous combine in this hilarious story of a small dog with a big personality and even bigger dreams, brought to life using beautiful puppets, well-loved ballet music and dazzling comedy.


This play is based on the original book Dogs Don’t Do Ballet © 2010 text by Anna Kemp, illustrations by Sara Ogilvie.

Alice – a curious individual who finds herself following a White Rabbit into a magical world known as WonderJam.


WonderJAm is a truly exceptional place where everyone loves to celebrate life and dance.  

Suddenly everyone in WonderJam, including Alice and the White Rabbit are sucked into a black hole and find themselves trapped in a dark, evil realm that belongs to the Queen of Hearts.

To get back to WonderJam, everyone who is trapped must complete challenges set up and skillfully planned by the Queen herself.  


The Queen knows the people in WonderJam can dance but how well?

Every challenge that they complete is one step closer to being set free and getting back home to WonderJam

Alice’s true heart and loving nature allow her to find and discover life-long friends along the way, understanding that teamwork really does make the dream work.


Presented by JAM Dance – a premiere consulting dance company working with various boroughs and organisations, which involves dance festivals, workshops.


Jam also work in a cross section of primary, junior and senior schools teaching dance in the curriculum and after school. Kicking off the festivities, a series of tree-lighting events will take place in local towns across Redbridge. The evergreen trees, adorned with twinkling lights, will be officially lit, from 22 November to 1 December marking the beginning of the holiday season.

Join us for our show ‘Sant-Nav’, where you meet us at the Santa’s Workshop and meet two of Santa’s chief elves. With just days to go before the big day, the Sant-Nav, Santa’s Navigation System has broken down and sent the North Pole into chaos.
