Hainault Forest - Thames Water Leak

Hainault Forest – Thames Water Leak

Update on Monday 9 June:

We are pleased to confirm that the 1856 Café and Public Toilets are now open. Foxburrows Farm is closed on Mondays during term time and will re-open tomorrow as usual.

Update on Saturday 7 June:

Due to a major leak in a water main operated by Thames Water, there is currently no water at Hainault Forest

Thames Water has confirmed the leak is situated at the front of the site, and it must be allowed to dry out for 48 hours before it can be repaired.

As a result of the water main leak, we’ve been forced to close the 1856 Café, Farm, and Public Toilets. These facilities are inoperable without water, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Thames Water has assured us they will return on Monday 9 June to fix the leak. We are hopeful for a swift resolution to this issue.

The park and play area will remain open as usual, and Our Park Ranger Team are also on-site to inform customers.

We understand that this unexpected situation beyond our control may disrupt your plans, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience it may cause.
